Visualising your new office space

By combining computer aided design technology and the personal experience of our consultants, a range of potential design options can be visualised, so that you can start to get a picture of how your new office will take shape.

In addition to showing you these plans, we will put together a detailed schedule that makes sure you know exactly what needs to be done, by when, in order to achieve any deadlines that have to be met - putting you in control of the project.

Once the Project Schedule has been agreed, we can begin the detailed specification - from colours and finishes to cabling and air conditioning.

To help you decide on the interior design, we will prepare drawings in two or three dimensions. Samples and materials will be sourced to help you choose the fixtures and fittings. Besides finalising the space planning, we will ensure that all the smart but potentially snagging technical and legal requirements are considered in our solutions.

We'll prepare fully detailed specifications for all the heating and plumbing, for the electrical systems, for all IT requirements, and for any building and partitioning, as well as for the final decoration if that's what you need. All the necessary approvals will be sought and we'll take responsibility for ensuring that all regulations are observed.

Project Implementation

You will be given a dedicated team who will manage every aspect of project control, but one person will remain your main point of contact, so you will know exactly what's going on at any time.

When all the details have been worked through and agreed, we can then start the project.

Whenever appropriate, we get competitive tenders, ensuring that you get the very best value for money. Naturally, you will be given a firm cost for all work before we actually start.

Of course, in practice, it may be possible for us to begin some of the groundwork while some of the detailed specifications are still being resolved. This 'fast tracking' can help get your office ready more quickly, rather than waiting for every last 'i' to be dotted.
